Do you have all required materials already gathered – graphics, copy (text), logos, etc.? If no, when do you anticipate having all of these? Do you own the copyright to all of these materials? (Please note that the onus of copyright is on the client and Take The Leap Designs will not begin a project unless all copyright concerns have been addressed.)
Do you have “working files” (Photoshop PSD, Illustrator AI/EPS, etc) for all the required materials? Please describe what format these materials are in, or explain where these working files can be ascertained.
How will this site be maintained/updated? What knowledge do you or your team currently have around HTML/CSS? Do you require a Content Management System, so that multiple users can update the site?

Do you have a set color scheme in mind for the project? If so, do you have the six digit HEX values and/or Pantone numbers for the colors? Do you currently have a Style Guide?

Have you have decided on a site architecture? (page A links to Page B; will there be a blog, etc). Do you have a set number of pages that you require to fulfill this architecture? If no, do you anticipate completing this on your own or will you defer to Take The Leap Designs?
